In hopes of attracting numerous sponsor to the National Zetec Meet '01, Eibach Springs has commited in sponsoring the meet. They have donated a certificate for a FREE set of Pro-Kit springs that will be raffled off at the meet. Kit can be redemed to fit any car. (2/6/01) Gude has also signed on as a sponsor for the NZM. As you might have read from the information on the home page, a Boared out Throttle Body for the ZX2 and a set of Cams for the ZX3/Focus could be donated to be raffled off. I would like to thank personally Kari Waters (Eibach) and Mike Jackson (Gude) for sponsoring the NZM '01.

Car Show Info:

Saturday, June23rd, will be the car show. There will be 5 Classes thus far:
-Stock: Exactly what it sounds like, also includes mildly modified cars, with itakes, exhaust, rims, things that dont otherwise incread the performance drastically.
-Modified: For the big money spenders, this one is for you. Bring your car in force, but make sure you dont leave a thing at home. This contest will be broken up into each model of car (depending on how many of each show up). ZX2, ZX3/Focus, Probes, Contours, Cougars...but the Contours and Cougars may be joined if few show up.
-Stereo: Wattage means power and power and clearity could win it all for you. This is one of the toughest classes. We want heart stopping low bass, nice clear non-distorted sound. The best takes home the honor.
-Best Mod: For you homemaders and all you custom guys. This will go to the most unique modification done to any car. It could vary from a turbo, to a supercharger, to a custom pained intake idea, to even the sweetest interior. Hold nothing back on this...you never know whos idea will win.
-Best Paint Job: This is exactly what it means. Sometimes a crazy one will win, sometimes its the raciest look, who know what we will see. But there is one car out there with a beautiful paint job that will take home this trophy.


Those are the classes for now, but others maybe added as new idea pop into my head. Unfortunately to register for the car show will be $5 to help cover the cost of having the trophies made.

Above is the sticker idea for the NZM'01. No black background, but the stickers will be white lettering with the red "National Zetec Meet" in the middle. Hope everyone likes the idea.
